Our founding team began their journey over a decade ago at global firms such as Ernst & Young, Grant Thornton, and other prominent financial institutions. What started as individual careers in statutory audits, tax structuring, financial advisory, and IFRS consulting soon converged into a shared vision: to provide businesses with financial clarity grounded in deep technical expertise and real-world operational understanding.

From 2012, our partners sharpened their skills in Taxation, Assurance, Financial reporting and Financial Advisory—supporting multinational clients across sectors like manufacturing, real estate, telecom, and FMCG. During this time, we laid the groundwork for the values that define us today: precision, responsiveness, and regulatory foresight.

From 2016, we expanded our scope—leading finance functions in entities, embedding tax compliance into ERP systems, structuring capital flows, and conducting due diligence for investment deals. This was also a phase of transformation, where we applied what we learned in practice to real operational challenges, from VAT implementation to IFRS-aligned consolidations.

As the UAE’s regulatory landscape evolved—with the introduction of VAT, Economic Substance Regulations, UBO declarations, and most recently, Corporate Tax—our team stood at the forefront. We advised on tax structuring, helped businesses maintain free zone benefits, navigated complex FTA audits, and secured millions in refunds and penalty waivers for clients across industries.
